Warranty Statement

One year limited warranty on manufactured products

ReCoila affirms its product confidence with the following warranty. All products manufactured by ReCoila are warranted for one year from the date of shipment ex factory. All products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship, liability shall be limited to repair or replacement at our discretion. Items being claimed under warranty must be returned to ReCoila or its nominated service centers freight prepaid for assessment and evaluation.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (such as O ring seals wear and hose wear) or damage caused in transport, by accident and misuse in applications whereby the equipment is being used outside it’s design and advertised application. Products must be installed and used in accordance with the operation and instruction manuals or warranty is void.

Equipment sold by ReCoila but not manufactured by ReCoila, is sold with the understanding that the product is warranted by the original manufacturer. ReCoila offers no other warranty, either expressed or implied.

5 year extended warranties

ReCoila offers extended warranty periods up to five 5 years on specific manufactured products and or components. Such warranties are additional to our standard warranty period and require the customer to complete and return a registration form to validate the extended periods. For items with such warranties available please refer to warranty card included with each product or our advertised sales literature.
